1) I love my dog more than life itself. He’s a rescue that happened into my life by chance. It had to be designed, though, that this large, pure breed Golden Retriever that was abandoned and roaming the rough streets of Encanto wound up in my life. I could spend hours at my computer and never get up. If it weren’t for him, I might never get up at all. He is pretty adamant about getting out for a walk every few hours. We are both very lucky.

2) I think pie is just about the best food around. Specifically a deep dish apple pie.

3) I despise whipped cream and frosting.

4) I am truly an optimist; but, I’m also pretty crabby when things aren’t going smoothly. So, I’m crabby most of the time.

5) I make my own limoncello.

6) I secretly want to get back in the shape I was about seven years ago. But, due to number two above, that seems like it will remain a distant memory.
